The Sneakers Category Manager is the single-threaded owner of sneaker category growth within a new, high-priority commerce initiative.

Qualifications

• Deeply embedded in sneaker culture and ecosystem knowledge.
• 5+ years in category management, partnerships, marketplace growth, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Own sneakers category end-to-end and define growth strategy.
• Own category-level performance across supply, engagement, and revenue.
• Establish quarterly goals, leading indicators, and operating rhythms.
• Build and own a pipeline of sneaker sellers, shops, and creators.
• Develop seller strategies balancing credibility, storytelling and commerce.
• Identify sneaker moments, campaigns, and formats to drive engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to shape features for sellers and buyers.
