Job summary

StockX, a Detroit-based marketplace for sneakers, apparel, and collectibles, seeks an Apparel Category Manager to own end-to-end growth and leadership within a new apparel initiative. You will become the internal authority on apparel culture, sellers, and collaborations, shaping the strategy and execution across supply, engagement, and GMV.

You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and partnerships to unlock growth, while building a playbook for category ownership and guiding

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of apparel culture and market dynamics.
• Experience driving growth in a marketplace or category environment.
• Strong relationship-building with sellers, creators, and brands.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy for apparel within the StockX platform.
• Own category performance across supply, engagement, and revenue.
• Establish quarterly goals, leading indicators, and operating rhythms.
• Serve as the market and culture expert informing product and marketing decisions.
• Build and manage a pipeline of apparel sellers, shops, and creators.
• Identify moments and campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
