Job summary

GOAT Group is seeking a detail-oriented Operations team member to support product intake, consignment processing, and fulfillment across GOAT and Flight Club brands.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accurate inventory, resolve intake discrepancies, and assist training sessions for new staff. The role favors individuals who love sneakers and can handle extended hours during crunch periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours including weekends/holidays.
• Team-oriented with strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of sneakers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Intake and Operations with product drops and account setup.
• Ensure mail-in consignment is received under correct account.
• Record and troubleshoot issues with Flight Club submissions.
• Communicate discrepancies during product intake.
• Assist inventory for received intake.
• Document upcoming bulk consignment drop-offs and loop in teams.
• Receive product and pack out with the fulfillment team.
• Assist in training product intake across GOAT and Flight Club.
