Job summary

GOAT Group is seeking an Operations team member to support product intake, intake processing, and fulfillment tasks for its global sneaker marketplace. You will coordinate between Business Development and Operations, ensuring accurate account handling for mail-in consignments and drops.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, reliable, and capable of lifting up to 35 pounds, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Weekend/holiday availability may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Open availability to work up to full-time hours (Mon-Fri).
• Willingness to work extended hours including weekends/holidays.
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds.
• Hardworking, able to work well with a large team.
• Quick learner and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Support the Intake team with product drops between Business Development and Operations.
• Ensure mail-in and dropped off Flight Club consignment is received under the correct account.
• Record and troubleshoot issues with Flight Club submissions and communicate them to the appropriate people.
• Communicate discrepancies during product intake.
• Assist inventory account for intake received.
• Record and document upcoming drop offs of bulk consignment and loop in the relevant teams.
• Receive product and pack out with the fulfillment team.
• Assist in training of product intake with GOAT and Flight Club.
