Job summary

GOAT Group, a leading sneaker and lifestyle platform, seeks an Intake Associate to support product drops, ensure accurate account entry, and coordinate with GOAT, Flight Club, and Grailed teams. The role requires teamwork, sharp communication, and readiness for extended hours.

You will handle mail-in consignments, assist inventory tracking, and help train the intake process across GOAT and Flight Club. This on-site position in the US emphasizes reliability and collaboration within a fast-paced

Qualifications

Willingness to work full-time hours (Mon–Fri).
Able to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

Support the Intake team with product drops between Business Development and Operations to ensure that they are received correctly into the right account.
Ensure that all mail-in and dropped off Flight Club consignment is received under the correct account.
Record and troubleshoot any issues you might encounter with Flight Club submissions and communicate it to the appropriate people.
Communicate any discrepancies that may occur during product intake.
Assist inventory account for all intake that has been received.
Record and document all upcoming drop offs of bulk consignment and loop in the appropriate teams.
Receive product and pack out product with the fulfillment team.
Assist in training of product intake both with GOAT and Flight Club.
