GOAT Group is seeking an Inventory Team Leader to manage and develop the warehouse inventory function. You will drive shrink KPI results, optimize cycle counts and ensure accuracy across locations while leading a team of 10+ staff in a fast-paced distribution network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 10+ staff.
• Extensive background in high-volume inventory control, 2-5 years.
• Strong in order fulfillment, inbound/outbound logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Excel and SQL.
• Willing to work extended hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inventory team and own shrink KPIs and accuracy.
• Coach staff to meet operational goals and manage performance.
• Oversee 10+ staff; develop succession plans.
• Own on-hands products across locations.
• Apply data insights with Engineering to improve processes.
• Support SOP creation for Quality Control in Inventory.
• Adapt to evolving processes and maintain proactive attitude.
• Operate in a dynamic warehouse with heavy equipment.
