Job summary

GOAT Group is seeking an Operations Intake Associate to support product drops and ensure correct account allocations across GOAT, Flight Club, and related brands. You will work with the Intake and Operations teams to streamline submissions and improve accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to handle higher workloads, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. You should be able to lift boxes up to 35 pounds and be willing to work extended hours including

Qualifications

• Open availability to work up to full-time hours (Mon-Fri).
• Hardworking individual who can work well with a large team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey views clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the Intake team with product drops between Business Development and Operations to ensure they are received correctly into the right account
• Ensure that all mail-in and dropped off Flight Club consignment is received under the correct account
• Record and troubleshoot any issues you might encounter with Flight Club submissions and communicate it to the appropriate people
• Communicate any discrepancies that may occur during product intake
• Assist inventory account for all intake that has been received
• Record and document all upcoming drop offs of bulk consignment and loop in the appropriate teams
• Receive product and pack out product with the fulfillment team
• Assist in training of product intake both with GOAT and Flight Club
