Job summary

GOAT Group is seeking an Operations Support role to help manage product intake, consignments, and daily fulfillment tasks. You will work with the intake and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate account entries and timely processing of clothing, sneakers and accessories.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and comfort with lifting boxes up to 35 pounds. This is a full-time, on-site position with extended hours during crunch periods and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work up to full-time hours (Mon–Fri), with occasional extended hours including weekends/holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to convey ideas clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite for daily operations.
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Intake team with product drops between Business Development and Operations to ensure correct account entry.
• Ensure mail-in and dropped off Flight Club consignments are received under the correct account.
• Record and troubleshoot issues with Flight Club submissions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Communicate discrepancies during product intake to appropriate teams.
• Assist inventory account with all received intake.
• Record upcoming drop-offs of bulk consignments and notify relevant teams.
• Receive product and pack out with the fulfillment team.
• Assist in training product intake for GOAT and Flight Club.
