Responsibilities

• Performs SNAP/TANF eligibility assists, including interviews and processing applications or renewals.
• Manages ABAWD caseload and tracks eligibility for SNAP.
• Documents client activity and maintains confidential records per policy.
• Performs emergency shelter duties and protects PII.
