Responsibilities

• Performs SNAP/ESAP/SCCAP eligibility determinations and benefit authorizations.
• Maintains confidential case records in agency systems.
• Documents client activities and notifies of potential overpayments and referrals.
• Participates in required trainings and staff meetings.
• Protects PII and safeguards agency networks and data.
• Performs emergency shelter duties as directed.
