Candidates must have a High School Diploma with 3 years of experience or an Associate Degree with 1 year, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher substituting for program experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with minimum 3 years in Economic Service Programs required.
• Associate Degree plus 1 year in Economic Service Programs acceptable.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher may substitute for required program experience.

Responsibilities

• SNAP and TANF eligibility processing for Economic Services to help customers financially stabilize.
• Conduct quality interviews (phone and face-to-face) for SNAP/TANF applications/renewals.
• Maintain accurate case records and document work participation activities in the agency system.

Education
