South Carolina Department of Social Services is seeking an ES Eligibility Case Manager to provide SNAP, TANF and related Economic Services support at the county office. The role involves determining eligibility, processing renewals, and safeguarding client data while coordinating with program requirements.

You will conduct quality interviews, manage ABAWD caseloads, and handle system alerts, reports, and documentation. A valid driver’s license and field work eligibility are required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma and at least one year of experience in Economic Services programs.
• Bachelor’s Degree may substitute for one year of relevant program experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
• If selected for the job offer, you will be required to provide a certified official transcript.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SNAP, TANF, ESAP, SCCAP program eligibility services in Economic Services Division at the county office.
• Conduct quality interviews via phone and in-person for applications/renewals.
• Process SNAP and TANF applications/renewals; determine eligibility and authorize benefits as applicable.
• Manage ABAWD caseload; maintain ABAWD tracking and determine SNAP eligibility.
• Process system-generated alerts for SNAP, TANF, ESAP, SCCAP and document to county files.
