Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of economic stability social services experience.
• Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus two years of economic stability social services experience.
• A bachelor's degree plus two years of economic stability social services experience.
• An advanced degree in a social sciences field, business, public, or health administration plus one year of economic stability social services experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive quality control reviews of SNAP/DSNAP cases to evaluate the accuracy, timeliness, and appropriateness of eligibility determinations and benefit actions.
• Interview program participants, review case records, verify documentation, resolve discrepancies, and obtain information from collateral contacts to support reviews.
• Analyze case information to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, policies, and procedures governing SNAP eligibility and benefits.
• Prepare federally required quality control reports and accurately enter review findings into federal reporting systems to support program integrity and compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate case review results to identify error trends, systemic issues, and opportunities to improve program accuracy and performance.
• Support the timely completion and submission of federally mandated reviews and documentation to ensure compliance with FNA reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with agency staff to develop and support corrective action strategies that strengthen program integrity and reduce payment errors.
