Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead DSD execution and drive in-store success across designated Nebraska/Omaha-area stores. You will build strong customer relationships, coach a team of merchandisers, and ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and programs.

The role emphasizes data-driven sales strategies, store demographics planning, and energetic collaboration with store personnel to maximize shelf impact and sales growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background and understanding of business processes.
• Valid driver's license issued by the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts using retail selling methods and customer plans.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers (FT and PT) from hiring to performance development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
