Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock while engaging with store teams and shoppers.

The role emphasizes premium brand presentation and daily collaboration with the RTM team. The position requires physical activity, driving, and the ability to travel to Greensboro, Madison, and Covington, GA, with a schedule including Sunday, Monday,

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Live within 25-35 miles from Greensboro, GA; secondary locations Madison, GA and Covington, GA.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs; perform physical merchandising tasks.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical requirements of the role.
