Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and place orders via iPad to keep products in stock across Michigan stores.

This role focuses on strong brand execution and retail excellence. You will develop relationships with store teams, follow RTM plans, capture display photos, and support seasonal launches while maintaining safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance to multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture displays, and maintain brand visibility.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to keep shelves in stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and stay aligned with RTM priorities.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety standards and physical duties of merchandising.
