Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in-store. You will build relationships with store staff, stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock and well-promoted.

The role emphasizes face-to-face customer service and adherence to merchandising standards. Responsibilities include daily store visits, order placement via iPad, and coordinating with RTMs to execute promotional plans.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver's license and ability to drive personal vehicle.
Live within 25-35 miles of St. Charles, IL; open weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and be the face of the brands.
Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, capturing display photos via iPad or Salesforce.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches and high-visibility events.
Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting and moving product.
