Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are always in stock while building strong relationships with store teams and managers.

This role requires daily store visits, driving your own vehicle, and lifting up to 50 lbs. The position is based around Lawrenceville, GA and nearby areas.<\/p>

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver&#39;s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via Salesforce.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to ensure in-stock conditions for shelf and display.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management.
