Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, execute displays, write orders via iPad, and maintain in-stock conditions while representing the brands with professionalism.

The role requires high energy, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to lift and move products in a fast-paced retail environment. Located near The Villages, FL.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age with valid state driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with insurance, mileage reimbursed
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
• Live within 25–35 miles of The Villages, FL; additional location access in Belleview and Wildwood
• Sunday-Thursday schedule availability required

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store professionally as the face of the brands
• Deliver excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos using DMI
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock shelves and displays (Salesforce)
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and schedules
• Monitor coverage with RTM for efficient retail routing
• Support seasonal sales and product launches
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and moving products
