Job summary

Reading Country Club in Reading, PA is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Part-Time Snack Bar Attendant to join Troon’s hospitality team. You will serve beverages and light food at the snack bar and on the mobile cart, delivering excellent service to members and guests.

The ideal candidate has bartending experience and outstanding customer service, and must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays in an outdoor setting. Compensation includes tips and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in outdoor conditions when operating the beverage cart.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (for mobile cart operation).
• Must obtain and maintain any required alcohol service certifications per state law.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Engage with members and guests in a professional and friendly manner, enhancing their overall experience.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reporting shortages to management.
• Assist with special events and club functions as needed.
• Adhere to all club policies, including responsible alcohol service and dress code requirements.
