Accelera Staffing seeks skilled Electronics Manufacturing Technicians to join our production team in Los Angeles. You will work with SMT machinery, precision soldering, and automated inspection to ensure high-reliability assemblies meet IPC standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in high-mix electronics manufacturing, knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions. US citizenship or permanent residency is required for ITAR compliance.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of electronics manufacturing experience in a high-mix, high-reliability environment.
• Proficiency with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 standards.
• Ability to follow complex verbal and written work instructions.
• US Citizenship or lawful permanent resident status for ITAR compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and operate SMT machinery to facilitate high-precision circuit board assembly.
• Execute manual soldering tasks with high accuracy, adhering to IPC-J-STD-001 standards.
• Perform comprehensive quality inspections using AOI systems to verify board integrity.
• Conduct functional testing and analysis of electronic assemblies to identify and resolve defects.
• Maintain detailed documentation of production processes to support continuous quality improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize throughput and maintain a high-reliability environment.
