Job summary

HYVE Solutions is seeking an SMT Operator (Levels I-III) to operate SMT machinery, perform setup tasks, and maintain equipment for high-quality assemblies in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities include following MPI or instructions, collaborating with engineering and quality teams, and maintaining thorough documentation. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with shift flexibility including overtime and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, understand, and communicate using basic English.
• Strong commitment to safety rules and procedures and to using safety equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift or push up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow safety, quality, and productivity requirements.
• Operate SMT machines with setup and operation tasks under supervision.
• Perform feeder and machine accessory maintenance as needed.
• Monitor consumables for SMT lines and setup.
• Collaborate with Stockroom, Engineering, Programming, and Quality teams to ensure top quality assemblies.
• Document required information completely and accurately.
