Job summary

Hyve Solutions Corporation is seeking a Process Technician III to operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, parameter optimization, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree and 5+ years of experience in high-volume electronics manufacturing, with hands-on knowledge of SMT, AOI, and reflow processes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of Process Technician experience in high-volume electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with SMT, AOI, and reflow processes.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Experience with SPC and data analysis.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain SMT machines, AOI systems, and reflow ovens.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment/process issues to minimize downtime.
• Set up and adjust process parameters per engineering specs and schedules.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and tooling.
• Monitor processes and implement corrective actions for deviations.
• Collaborate with engineers/technicians to optimize yields and reduce waste.
• Participate in development/implementation of new processes and equipment.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on operations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Contribute to root cause analysis for defects.
