Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of SMT equipment experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate SMT machines such as pick-and-place and reflow ovens.
• Load/unload components and PCBs, ensuring correct placement.
• Monitor machines and resolve minor stoppages to maintain flow.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of SMT equipment.
• Inspect PCBs for defects and verify solder joints.
• Follow drawings, BOMs, and work instructions precisely.
• Document machine settings and material usage for production records.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and partner with engineers to improve processes.
