Job summary

HYVE Solutions in Nevada seeks an SMT Operator II to run SMT machines, adjust settings, and perform feeder setup under supervision. You will work with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–4 years in manufacturing; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and communicate in basic English.

Overtime and holiday shifts may be required. We value safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years manufacturing experience (Level I) or 3–4 years (Level II) or 5+ years (Level III) depending on level.
  • Ability to read, speak, understand, and communicate using basic English.
  • Must follow safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and follow safety and quality requirements.
  • Operate SMT machines and perform tasks from feeder setup to operation.
  • Maintain machine and feeder accessories.
  • Monitor consumables and coordinate with Stockroom, Engineering, and Quality.
  • Document work accurately and report issues.
  • Stay aligned with production targets and keep workspace clean.

## SMT Operator IIApplylocations: Nevada, NVtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R53500**@HYVE Solutions,** missions to help customers, business partners, and employees achieve success through shared goals, strategies, resources and technology solutions.**SMT Operator Level I, II, III****Job Responsibilities:*** Learn, understand and follow company requirements for employee safety, product quality, efficiency and productivity.* Become aware of potential workplace hazards such as broken or malfunctioning machines and strive to ensure safety of self and others by reporting any hazards immediately.* All operators are responsible to ensure highest product quality and products manufactured per MPI or Instructions for SMT.* Operate SMT machines, which include machine adjustments and ability to perform 1-3 tasks from feeder setup thru SMT machine operation with direct supervision.* Perform feeder and machine accessory maintenance whenever necessary.* Monitor consumables for SMT lines and setup.* Work in conjunction with Stockroom, Engineering, Programming, and Quality to ensure SMT produces assemblies with utmost quality.* Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors regarding all aspects of the job. Report problems that arise with machines, materials or personnel. Offer solutions where possible within the scope of the duties of the job. Provide complete, accurate documentation when required.* Learn and uphold company standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and optimize work efficiency. Strive to achieve company-specified production targets.* Keep workspace clean and organized to maximize safety and productivity. Offer suggestions for workspace improvement if needed.* Operate diverse machines related to the manufacturing process.* Stay up to date on and closely observe assembly and maintenance instructions.
