Job summary

Hyve Solutions Corporation is seeking a Process Technician III to operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment across electronics assembly lines. You will troubleshoot complex issues, optimize process parameters, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will work with SMT, AOI, and reflow equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining accurate production records and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a Process Technician in high-volume electronics manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of SMT, AOI, and reflow profiles.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
• Experience with SPC and data analysis.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain SMT machines, AOI systems, and reflow ovens.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes to minimize downtime.
• Set up and adjust process parameters per specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tooling and equipment.
• Monitor production for deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize processes.
• Train junior technicians and maintain accurate production records.
