Job summary

OnTrack Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator I for our manufacturing team. You will assemble, inspect, and test components or finished products in a fast-paced production environment, following work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.

The role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork. You will operate SMT equipment (NPM, DEK, SPP), perform SPI/AOI inspections, maintain records, and help improve processes while meeting daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or similar production environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
• Flexibility to work on multiple production lines and maintain high accuracy.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Identify defective materials or processes and report to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate production records and track issues.
• Operate SMT line machines (NPM/DEK/SPP) and perform SPI/AOI inspections.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and meet daily targets.
