Job summary

Analog Technologies Corp. in Burnsville, MN is hiring for full-time SMT operators to load and run surface mount placement machines for PCB assemblies. Roles are available on 1st and 2nd shift, with a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with SMT processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior experience with Mydata/Mycronic/Juki/Europlacer is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Mydata, Mycronic, Juki, Europlacer software experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic components and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow production documents to fully understand the project at hand.
• Prep boards, mask, glue, and program screen-printer.
• Load feeders and magazines to ensure machine optimization.
• Verify component and manufacturing part number accuracy against BOM.
• Evaluate components for conformance and sufficient quantity.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance on machines.
• Keep an accurate count of product at workstation while inspecting every piece for defects.
• Demonstrate technical capacity, problem solving, results orientation, organization, time management, attention to detail, and teamwork.
