Job summary

Spectra-Tech Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a reliable SMT Machine Operator for the second shift (Mon-Thu, 4:30pm-3:15am). No prior SMT experience is required; training will be provided.

You will operate high-speed SMT equipment to assemble PCB assemblies, load materials, and follow strict quality and safety procedures. Starting rate is $18.50/hr with a $500 bonus and a $100 monthly perfect attendance award.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or SMT experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic mechanical and computer skills are needed.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate high-speed SMT equipment to assemble PCBs.
• Load feeders, reels, boards, and materials into production equipment.
• Verify part numbers, values, quantities, and feeder locations.
• Operate solder paste printers, placement machines, conveyors, and reflow ovens.
• Monitor equipment and production output; troubleshoot and adjust as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and adhere to ESD procedures.
