Analog Technologies in Burnsville, MN, is hiring for Surface Mount (SMT) Operator roles on 1st and 2nd shift. You will load and run Pick and Place machines, read production docs, prep boards, and verify BOM accuracy.

Training on Mydata/Mycronic/Juki/Europlacer software is preferred as you maintain parts and perform machine upkeep. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate degree preferred, and offers a competitive wage with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with Mydata, Mycronic, Juki, and Europlacer software preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic components and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow production documents to fully understand the project at hand.
• Prep boards, mask, glue, and program screen-printer.
• Load feeders and magazines to ensure machine optimization.
• Verify component and manufacturing part number accuracy against B.O.M.
• Evaluate components for conformance and sufficient quantity.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance on machines.
• Keep an accurate count of product at your workstation while inspecting every piece for defects
