Balance Staffing is seeking an SMT Machine Operator in Carrollton, TX for a 2nd shift position (2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday). The role involves loading feeders, programming automated placement machinery, and ensuring high-quality PCB assemblies in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have SMT experience in electronics manufacturing and can read drawings and follow procedures with strong attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

Previous SMT Operator experience in electronics manufacturing.
Strong understanding of SMT processes and equipment.
Ability to read and follow drawings and assembly procedures.
English communication skills required.

Aufgaben

Set up and operate SMT equipment, including Fuji and Mydata machines.
Load and replenish feeders with component reels.
Operate SMT screen printers, pick-and-place equipment, and reflow ovens.
Identify components, feeder sizes, and pitches.
Enter and run machine programs according to production requirements.
Read drawings and assembly procedures to ensure accurate builds.
Prepare and assemble complex PCBs with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Communicate effectively with team members and follow production instructions.
