Balance Staffing is seeking an SMT Machine Operator in Carrollton, TX for a 2nd shift position (2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday). The role involves loading feeders, programming automated placement machinery, and ensuring high-quality PCB assemblies in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have SMT experience in electronics manufacturing and can read drawings and follow procedures with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous SMT Operator experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of SMT processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and follow drawings and assembly procedures.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate SMT equipment, including Fuji and Mydata machines.
• Load and replenish feeders with component reels.
• Operate SMT screen printers, pick-and-place equipment, and reflow ovens.
• Identify components, feeder sizes, and pitches.
• Enter and run machine programs according to production requirements.
• Read drawings and assembly procedures to ensure accurate builds.
• Prepare and assemble complex PCBs with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow production instructions.

Our client, a leading global electronics manufacturing services company, is seeking an SMT Machine Operator to join their team in Carrollton, TX. This is a great opportunity to work in a clean, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth.

Position Overview

As a SMT Machine Operator (for electronic assembly), you will tend to the machine by quickly and efficiently loading/replenishing feeders with reels of components, entering programs into automated placement machinery, and prepping for the next build with the primary goal being to maximize machine productive time.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate SMT equipment, including Fuji and Mydata machines
