Job summary

Intervala, LLC in Mount Pleasant, PA, is seeking a diligent SMT Operator for our 2nd shift (3:30pm–2am). You will load, set up, and stage products on SMT lines and assist with machine setup and tear down.

The role requires basic blueprints reading, attention to detail, and knowledge of IPC-610 standards. High School diploma or GED is required. We offer comprehensive benefits and a growing team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print.
• Beginner level in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
• Ability to read and understand load plans.
• Attention to detail to produce quality results.
• Ability to work in a high volume, high detail environment.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to handle tedious and small parts.
• Knowledge of IPC-610 standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and tear down on all feeders for all pick and place machines.
• Assist the operator in setting up and running all pick and place machines.
• Assist in building electronic assemblies as needed.
• Perform manual placement of surface mount and through-hole electronic components.
