Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print.
• Beginner level in MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Read and understand load plans.
• Work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results.
• Work in a high-volume, high-detail environment.
• Read, comprehend and follow instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Handle tedious and small parts.
• Knowledge of IPC-610 standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and tear down on all feeders for all pick and place machines.
• Assist in setting up and running all pick and place machines.
• Assist in building electronic assemblies as needed.
• Perform manual placement of surface mount and through-hole electronic components.
