Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SMS, messaging, lifecycle, or growth analytics with hands-on ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SMS remarketing channel, from strategy to performance.
• Design and manage the message program: segmentation, cadence, templates, and calendar.
• Monitor deliverability and messaging infrastructure health.
• Own analytics, measurement, and experimentation with SQL and dashboards.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Data Science.
