Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a SMS Focal to coordinate with site leaders to develop, implement, and maintain the Safety Management System for the Additive Integrated Product Team. You will drive a proactive product safety culture, align with regulatory requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and improve safety performance.

The role emphasizes collaboration, change management, and performance monitoring across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years QA exp in aerospace/manufacturing).
• Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing or aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of the AIPT SMS.
• Facilitate risk identification, analysis, and mitigation with SAT/SRB.
• Prepare and submit product safety performance reports to stakeholders.
