Do you have at least three (3) years of hands‑on experience in email marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing?*
Have you personally built, managed, and optimized automated email flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back, onboarding, and re‑engagement campaigns) using platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud?*
Have you managed email marketing campaigns for e‑commerce, SaaS, or other digital‑first brands with measurable results in customer retention, engagement, or revenue growth?*
Are you experienced in analyzing email marketing performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click‑through rates, conversions, retention, and A/B testing) and using those insights to optimize campaign performance?*
