Job summary

STERRY, a fast-growing Growth Marketing Agency, is seeking an SMS/Email Marketing Manager who lives and breathes email marketing to nurture customers from first touch to lifelong advocates. You will design and optimize automated journeys, segment audiences, and collaborate with creative and account teams for multiple ecommerce and SaaS clients.

You should have 3+ years in email marketing or lifecycle marketing, hands-on experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing is a plus but hands-on experience matters most.
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing automated email campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement email retention strategies to boost engagement, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.
• Build and optimize automated email flows (welcome, onboarding, nurture, abandoned cart, win-back, re-engagement).
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Monitor performance and analyze metrics like open rates, CTR, conversions, retention, churn.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve content, subject lines, timing, and journeys.
• Collaborate with creative, content, design, and account teams to deliver campaigns for multiple clients.
• Stay ahead of email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and CRM innovations.
