Job summary

BizzyCar, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our remote operations, based in St. Louis. You will convert service inquiries into scheduled appointments and log details in our platform as you support a BPO-driven call center workflow.

You will collaborate with team members to maintain messaging consistency, meet response and conversion targets, and grow knowledge of recall processes and dealership requirements in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center.
• Experience with SMS/text-based customer service or chat support.
• Proven ability to manage high message volume without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
• Excellent written communication skills with concise texting style.
• Comfort navigating and multitasking across multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound customer text messages regarding recalls and service needs.
• Convert service inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Log customer, vehicle, and appointment details across BizzyCar's platform and dealership systems.
• Follow up with unresponsive or incomplete leads to maximize scheduling conversions.
• Escalate complex issues to the Assistant Call Center Manager or team members.
• Develop knowledge of BizzyCar's platform, recall processes, and partner requirements.
