ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Small Business Services in Pleasanton, CA. You will cover a defined territory with 1-49 employees, prospect, sign new clients for payroll, tax, HR and benefits, and expand within existing accounts.

Training is strong, and you’ll use modern sales technology to succeed while earning uncapped commissions. The role values integrity, resilience, and collaboration, with daily field activity and opportunities for advancement in a Fortune 250 company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is nice, but not required; relevant experience can count.
• Two years of experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields; or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Close sales within your defined geography to hit goals.
• Build a network of decision-makers and business owners.
• Grow existing accounts by selling additional ADP solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners.
