Job summary

Auris is looking for a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close sales with small and mid-sized merchants in the Minnesota area. You will work in a fast sales cycle, using Atlas CRM, with coaching from a Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager.

The role offers 100% commission and residuals on the business you bring, with training provided. Expect to set appointments, uncover client needs, and present Auris payroll solutions to close deals.

Qualifications

• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• CRM experience is a plus, especially Atlas or similar.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and run Auris Payroll presentations in person or by phone.
• Maintain client records in the CRM with call notes and interactions.
• Meet minimum production requirements and close sales in a short cycle.
• Continuously build knowledge of our product portfolio and market trends.
• Attend team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
