Job summary

Comcast Corp. is seeking a sales professional to promote business products to SMB clients through in-store and on-site engagements. You will drive sales targets, coach retail staff, and prospect new leads in the field while managing territory activities and reporting in Salesforce.

The role requires field mobility, strong communication, and the ability to work nights/weekends as needed, with base pay plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of coursework and experience may be considered.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve SMB and business mobile sales targets across retail and field.
• Manage a high-activity territory with a solid business plan.
• Coach and train retail staff to drive SMB sales and awareness.
• Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partnerships.
• Travel regularly away from Comcast’s location.
• Exercise independent judgment in significant matters.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance; work nights/weekends as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
