Job summary

Lyte Fiber, LLC is seeking a Business Sales Manager for the Mid-South region, based in Houston, TX. You will lead a regional SMB sales team, coaching Account Executives, prospecting, and driving new customer acquisition to meet revenue goals.

You will stay hands-on with field activities, manage territory plans, forecasts, and CRM data, and collaborate with engineering, provisioning, and service teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to activation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, including 2 years in sales leadership or coaching responsibility.
• Experience with telecommunications, fiber internet, or related tech sales preferred.
• Proven ability to coach independent reps, manage a pipeline, and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold SMB Account Executives to regional sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales talent with regular performance reviews.
• Spend time in the field with ride-alongs, prospecting, and closing complex opportunities.
• Own regional sales cadence: meetings, pipeline reviews, forecasts, and CRM accuracy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to move opportunities from contract to installation.
