Job summary

Comcast in Michigan seeks a results-driven sales professional to promote business products to SMB clients through in-store and on-site engagements. You will achieve targets by selling business mobile solutions, coaching retail staff, and prospecting new leads in the field.

You will manage territory activities, train retail teams, handle sales reporting and Salesforce follow-up, and be ready to work nights and weekends as needed to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Experience selling business products to SMB clients.
• Ability to manage a sales territory and drive targets.
• Proven ability to coach retail staff and drive paid initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Achieve shared SMB/worksite sales targets across stores and field.
• Manage a territory with a proactive business plan and activity.
• Influence and train retail staff to reach goals.
• Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partnerships.
• Work away from Comcast location as needed to prospect and close.
• Exercise independent judgment on strategic sales opportunities.
• Maintain attendance and willingness to work nights/weekends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
