U.S. Bank in San Diego seeks a business banking professional to deliver financial solutions to small businesses and to deepen client relationships. The role combines digital tools with strong human connections to provide tailored solutions and requires outside prospecting to grow revenue.

The position operates in-office five days per week and involves driving requirements for account openings, servicing, and cross-functional referrals to meet growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting.
• Knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
• Ability to refer clients to Business Banking and other areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and financial solutions to small businesses.
• Deepen existing customer relationships through routine calling and business development activities.
• Perform outside prospecting and sales activities to grow revenue and achieve targets.
• Open accounts and identify product solutions; service and maintain customer accounts.
• Collaborate with branch partners, centers of influence, clients and other business line partners.
• Refer clients to Business Banking and/or other U.S. Bancorp areas for additional needs.
