WM is seeking an Account Associate I to serve as a key contact for Small/Medium business customers. Operating in a team-based queue, the AA focuses on retaining and growing the team's book of business through effective management of inbound call requests and proactive outreach.

Success comes from strong retention strategies, negotiation skills, and alignment with WM's growth objectives. The role includes base pay with monthly commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of B2B account management, inside sales, or customer service with a sales component preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate in a focused and compelling way to drive customer actions.
• Utilize change management processes to support sales demands.
• Allocate time to retention and acquisition goals and opportunities.
• Explore alternatives to reach mutually beneficial sales agreements.
• Contribute to team responsibilities and documentation of customer interactions.
• Navigate multiple systems and pricing tools to document activity.
• Use WM sales productivity tools like Salesforce and Pricing Tools.
• Analyze reports and perform general administrative duties.
