Job summary

Lumion in South Jordan, Utah, is seeking an Account Executive for SMB. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, selling to trade and technical schools.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and equity with an OTE of $120-160k; in-office role with stock options, health benefits, and stipends. You will manage a high-volume pipeline and drive revenue for Lumion.

Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of full-cycle, new-business sales experience, and you've carried and hit a quota.
• You are a closer.
• You are organized under pressure. A full pipeline doesn't rattle you, it's the job.
• You are coachable and competitive. You want a leaderboard, not just a paycheck.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, demo, and close with school owners and directors; no handoff.
• Conduct discovery, demos, and proposals; manage high-volume deals.
• Maintain an accurate CRM, forecast, and pipeline.
• Gather pricing feedback and product gaps to inform teams.
• Coordinate clean handoff to Customer Success after close.
