Job summary

Lumion is hiring in South Jordan, Utah for a senior sales role. You will own the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract with mid-sized and growing school accounts, coordinating with leadership teams to build compelling business cases.

You will forecast pipelines, craft market strategy, run discovery and demos, and ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success for complex accounts. Equity is offered with base + uncapped commission; OTE $180-220k.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of full-cycle, new-business sales experience with multi-stakeholder deals.
• Consultative approach, not transactional, and able to uncover real problems.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and exceeds goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract.
• Run discovery, demos, and presentations with school leadership teams.
• Build a business case and manage the sales pipeline and forecast.
• Develop market strategy and align with marketing and product.
• Ensure clean handoff to Customer Success for complex accounts.
