Job summary

CloudDevs is seeking a Smartsheet expert to support an integrated project planning effort for a regional utility. The role centers on building advanced Smartsheet solutions and guiding the client in sheet and formula creation.

The successful freelancer will both build and coach, delivering practical project artifacts and training materials to enhance the client’s internal Smartsheet capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Smartsheet.
• Experience building complex sheets, views, and dependencies.
• Experience creating formulas and connectors in Smartsheet.
• Ability to support project planning workflows and related documentation.
• Experience coaching stakeholders on Smartsheet usage and best practices.
• Strong written communication skills for training material creation.
• Must be US-based.

Responsibilities

• Build Smartsheet solutions to support integrated project planning activities.
• Create program views, dependencies, and a more robust RAID log.
• Develop formulas and connectors to support sheet functionality.
• Perform complex data entry within Smartsheet as needed.
• Coach the client on how to create similar sheets and formulas.
• Produce training materials for ongoing client use.
