Job summary

UBREAKIFIX is seeking in-store tech solutions experts in a fast-paced retail environment. You will diagnose and repair devices, explain issues to customers, and drive sales with uncapped commissions while delivering a five-star service experience.

The role requires strong customer service, basic tech knowledge and flexibility to work weekends. Training and a fun team setting are provided in a busy store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices.
• Provide recommendations for problem resolution.
• Explain technical issues in simple terms to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Provide repair estimates to customers.
• Maintain store stock and inventory records.
• Greet customers and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Operate the POS system to record customer information and repairs status.
• Keep the store clean and professional.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
